I have connected a template with an existing folder at box but i cannot see any update.

No pdf is uploaded to box through jotform in the specific folder. The name of the folder is identical to the one in jotform

    Can you help me please?

I am able to replicate the issue at my end with the Box integration. The files uploaded to the form or the PDF report are not being sent to the integrated Box folder.

Let me forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Sorry for the trouble caused.

    Hello Delfirealestate,

We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

During the investigation, if a user wants to upload files with settings such that the directory structure is the formtitle/{2nd custom directory name}, Jotform did not support this status programmatically.

However, we realized that this was an issue and we solved the problem. You can now upload your files with a formtitle/{2nd custom directory name} structure  as given to you.

After our improvements, we performed our tests in many scenarios and are now working properly.

Please check your BoxNet integrations and try with a new submissions.

Please do not hesitate to contact , if you encounter any further issues.
