I got an email that says I am out of upload space, but I'm not

    Hi, I received the following email, but do not understand it, because I have a premium account with 10 GB of upload space and I haven't even used 1 GB yet. Here is the email:


    Dear dolttle,

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to -2,146,435,072.00 B of upload space.

    Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    Please check my account. I do not understand why my forms will be disabled. Thank you

    I have the same email saying I am out of space.  I have ZERO uploads, 16 submissions, 7 payments and a Premier account.  I have paid for a year's membership (until Jan 2012) but the last time I checked it said my membership expires today!

    Disabling all my forms today will have serious consequences for me at this time.  I wrote two emails to different email addresses for Interology yesterday but no reply.  I've had no reply on here either so am at a loss as to know what to do.  

    Any suggestions anyone?
