    My account is suspended -  - and I cannot even access jot form from my IP address. Please fix

    In order to reactivate your account we would like to know if you are allowed to promote their services since they have a registered trade mark to offer web-teaching/learning services.

    I am associated with Stratbeans as a consultant – what proof of affiliation can I provide.
    I have copied the CEO of Stratbeans with a request to confirm this arrangement. Hopefully that will be sufficient.
    Moreover, you should have suspended the specific form and warned me about the same rather than suspending the account.
    I have already sent the link to a few hundred people and this will greatly inconvenience me.
    I will appreciate if you can whitelist the account on trust and any documentation that you may need will be provided.
