I'm creating a Client Signup process, in which the client reviews and signs several documents,, as part of one single form. But, ends with several signed pdfs.

To clarify, is your form sending several PDF after they submit it? If you embed several documents or PDF to your form then it will actually send multiple PDFs to your form.

Let us know the URL of the form you're referring so we can check and test it on our end.

    Looking forward to your response.

Yes, I would like several PDFs after submission, like Contact, Disclosure, etc. But, they must be signed, therefore. they can not be embedded into the Form, correct? So, the question is, can I have, for instance, Page 2 and 4, of the form transferred into a 2 separate PDFs upon submission?

We have an option to create multiple different PDF templates for form submissions. In order to do so, please delete or add necessary fields to the templates. You can even attach different PDFs to emails, but I think you would need to send 2 emails in this case.

    Please check our guides here:
