Link has wrong name

When I post the link below on social media, the preview shows a different forms name. How can I fix this? I cannot find where the incorrect name is anywhere on the form.

I was able to reproduce the issue that you described when I try posting it on Facebook. The form is not showing its new title which should be "Junior Fillies Volleyball Registration".

This can be fixed by using the Facebook Debugger tool — https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

Just make sure you are logged to a Facebook account.
