How to send the information I filled to another person?

We are a small business with 2 engineers and would like to use jot forms to have their daily job sheets sent to them and have the customer sign to stay they have completed their work.

We have made a template which looks amazing,  but as I send me the details to fill in the information.... I then forward to my engineer, as its a link when I send them the details all the information disappears and they have to refill the form in which defeats the object.

Is there a way round this?

You'll need to create a session and send that your email. Now you can forward that link that has a session ID to your engineers and they should be able to retrieve the information you have submitted.
