How do you edit the recipient email address?

    Hi

    I have created two forms.

    I have two websites,

    www.seatbeltclip.co.za and www.thepowerbalance.co.za

    order@seatbeltclip.co.za and sales@thepowerbalance.co.za

    how do i do to set the email up for above two websites.

    Hi babyboss786

    Thanks for asking. Regarding the seatbeltclip site, load the form in your form builder and while on the "Setup & Embed" tab:

    1. Click "Email Alerts"

    2. Click "Notification"

    3. Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings"

    4. On the envelope, change the "Recipient E-mail" to order@seatbeltclip.co.za

    5. Click "Next"

    6. Click "Test Email"

    7. Click "OK"

    8. Check the inbox at the above address for a message titled "(TEST) New submission: {form_tile}"

    7. If the submission was successful, click "Finish" and save your change

    8. If you did not receive the message in step 8, check to make sure that the email address in the Recipient E-mail field was typed correctly.

    Follow the above procedure for the other form, substituting sales@thepowerbalance.co.za for order@seatbeltclip.co.za in the Recipient E-mail field.
