can't log in from computer

    can't log in from my Dell notebook (Windows 7) computer, I can log in from iPad but my forms are not present. I did what was suggested last time by clearing the cache and that worked once, but not now.

    I need this to work for my business. please let me know the most reliable way to log in.

    Hi Jim,

    When you say you can't login, are you seeing any error on the login form? Or in which particular part of the login form you are having problem? I would suggest to try it here as well. Try using updated browsers as well like FireFox and Chrome, in most cases the problem is related to the browser.
