Sorry! Only one entry is allowed!

    Hi there,

    I recently created a form and I had someone fill it out last week (no problems).  I needed her to fill out the same form this week and the system won't seem to let her.  It keeps saying "Sorry!  Only one entry is allowed!"  I filled out the same form last week to test it and I just did again tonight and it works fine.  

    She spelled her name wrong last week by accident and I thought maybe that was it but nevertheless, even when she tries to use a completely different email address, it still keeps tell her "Sorry!  Only one entry is allowed!".  What is she doing or not doing that is making this happen?? 

    She has tried it by spelling her name correctly, incorrectly on purpose, and she tried using a completely different email address and it still won't let her submit it again. (Keep in mind it worked fine for her last week.)  (Please see the attachment screenshot)  Well it won't let me send the attachment.  Please let me know.  Thank you!!

    This issue is related to the Unique Submission feature you enabled inside of your form.


    It is set to check cookies, so it will prevent multiple submissions from the same browser. 

    You were able to submit the form again because you used a different browser or device. 

    To resolve the issue set the Unique Submission to No Check.

    Thank you!!!  No I actually used the exact SAME device, but I had cleaned my cookies out on my computer (I do so very regularly) so that's why it worked for me.  I will fix it now.  Thank you so much!!!  Have a truly blessed week!! :)
