How can I migrate all my submission data to a visual report?

I am trying to create a report based on all the submissions I have received from my survey. When I click visual report it only shows me an example report for the first two questions in my survey - how do I create a visual report using all the questions? thank you

Also, it is worth mentioning that not all field types are supported for this type of reports. The following fields can be used:
