Action Needed _ you reached your JotForm upload limit

Good morning! I received a message that our account was over limit and we needed to upgrade. We host a curated event and the photos we need our only for viewing the product sold and we don't need to store them. Last year we were able to view them if they were sent smaller and didn't have to do an upgrade (new website design this year).

Can our web designer change this on the jotform? Can we also go back and delete the photos that have already been sent to free up the space and avoid the upgrade?

You can download all uploads or delete to free up space to avoid upgrade but the limit counter will be reset only at the beginning of every month.
