    Hi, I'm no longer receiving email alerts for my enquiry form

    Hi There

    My URL is http://www.jotform.com/?formID=11764040364.  I received a phone call because we had not responded to a message that was sent on 31/1/13.  I have since gone to my website (www.beanonfire.com under "Your event" tab) and send myself a dummy enquiry and it has not come through/

    I also checked the jot form, confirmed the email address was correct and sent a test message which has not come through.  There is also nothing in Junk/Spam.  I have tested this periodically previously and never had issues.  Please help.

    Hi Suzy,

    Your email address ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 452-'4.2.2 ... Mailbox full'

    I have now removed it so it should now be working fine. You seem to have reached your mailbox quota. I'd suggest to review it on your side.

    Thanks for this.  I've just tried to send myself another enquiry and I now get the message 502 Bad Gateway...can you please assist?

    Please clear your browsers cache and try it again. I ve also submitted a test submissions with your form. Check if that went through. Thank you.
