How can I review an encrypted form?

I need some help viewing a completed form that was submitted to me but I don't have the private key on my new computer. Can you all help me with this? Thanks. 

We're sorry, but you should have saved the key on your mobile or new device. You cannot view the submissions, and they are considered lost if you no longer have the encryption key with you. You can generate a new key by disabling the encryption and enabling it again, but note that will only work for new submissions. The new key can not decrypt old ones. 

If you have not reset the old computer, you may consider finding the key there.
