Why does my account keep saying that I'm over quota even though my usage is below the limits?

    i'm not sure why but my account keeps saying i'm over quota, i've deleted everything i can to get under and i don't see the issue, can someone please help.

    Sorry about that @bmanhas - I guess you're trying to get below the 10GB threshold for your account's file uploads. Your current usage shows 9.95GB. I recalculated your usage limit for the file upload storage and you're all good. The overlimit status in your account should be gone now.
