JotForm Account Over Quota

    Just in case one needs their own question to get something addressed...I received the same email as many others did about being over my upload quota, and am nowhere near any of my quotas. I have emailed, tweeted, and now written here, and I would love confirmation that this is a known glitch and won't cut my service at noon.

    We have submitted a ticket in regards to this matter.

    Your account is also not in schedule downgrade.
