Submit button for form works on PC but not on mobile

SUBMIT button does nothing on mobile (iphone)

Seems to work fine on desktop PC

I tested your embedded form using an iPhone emulator and I was able to replicate the issue. I was also not able to submit it on my phone (Samsung Gallaxy A5). 

Your standalone form looks different than your embedded form. You embedded the form using the Full Source Code and most likely you forgot to re-embed the form when you updated it. Please note that when Full Source Code is used a form has to be re-embedded after any edit because the source codes that are currently embedded to your page are not automatically updated. 

Please re-embed your form to see if that will resolve the issue. If the issue is still not resolved, re-embed it with the iFrame code.
