Jotform what have you done to your site?

Asked by Scott J on February 07, 2013 at 07:23 AM

Jotform what have you done to your site? It doesn't work anymore and has caused many issues with my forms. I am quite upset, because I don't want to have to study all about HTML sites, how to change them, how to update them. I just want my forms simple, like they were before. Now you have all this info which I can't understand or make work. What the heck does all this crap mean? I don't understand any of it and now my forms don't work! I hate this site now. Free or not, it was simple, but now it sucks!

■Open up the contact.html in any text/HTML editor. (again, excluding MS Word and etc.)

    ■Use Find ( ⌘ + F / CTRL + F in most software ) and find all instances of jotform.com.

■Replace all of them with jotform.net.

■Save the file and switch to your FTP Client. (or any connection to your servers)

■Upload the updated file to your servers and your forms should start working immediately.

    Totally Disappointed!

You do not need to change the domain to jotform.net. We had a domain problem a year ago and we asked a temporary change. You do not need make such a change any more.

Can I ask where did you find these instructions?
