Can't view form submissions

    For the past several days, every time I try to view the submissions for any of our forms the submissions screen shows up, you can see the entries and in about 2 seconds everything disappears and the message "No results to display" is shown. The message is incorrect. Something is wrong with the submissions screens and this issue happens with ALL my forms. Please help.

    As I check your account, the submissions are being displayed normally at my end. I have cleared the form caches of your account to see if that helps. Please check again and if the issue still persists, please try logging into a private or incognito window or a separate browser to check.

    Sorry, but that didn't work. I just tried to view submissions from 2 different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and the submission screen still comes up showing all the entries but then disappears after 2 seconds and says "No results."

    Would you try to use our another domain and try again?

    I can see your submissions on my screen without problems.

    Deleting the browser cache should be work. Can you log into another JotForm account instead and return to your own account again?

    OK. So I went to the other URL you gave me: and logged in with Edge and with Firefox. It worked for both of them. I then tried to go to the same URL in Chrome and the same thing happened: the submissions came up, but then disappeared 2 seconds later.

    I was able to take screen captures when it first came up and then after everything disappeared. Here are the screen captures.

    I logged out of everything in Chrome, cleared the browser cache, and then re-logged in using the secure URL you gave me and the same thing happened: the data disappeared. 

    My go-to browser is usually Chrome and I've never had issues before but this started to happen about a week ago. What else can I try?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To troubleshoot the issue, you may also try the following.

    1. Use a different (internet) connection.

    2. If you have an anti-virus installed in your device (computer), you can try to turn-off any restrictions or just turn off the anti-virus temporarily.
