Upgrading the Form Space?

We have received an alert that our account has run out of space so we will upgrade to a higher level with more monthly submissions. I want to know if the past 2 days submissions that may have been filled out. Will they be returned to us if we upgrade to a higher level today?

I see that your account was overlimit because of form views limit. I'm afraid the forms were disabled until you have upgraded, so users could not fill them out.
