Creating sequential Work Order #s

Hello, I am testing the viability of moving our work order system to a JotForm/Zapier/Monday hybrid.  A key feature for us is to have JotForm auto-populate a work order # and then have that tie in to a field on our Monday project board.  I have found that using the Unique ID widget, I am able to generate this number but it does not auto-populate a field in JotForm with which I would be able to send to Monday.  I can use the Random Value widget, but it is helpful for us to have numbers that ascend in a sequential manner.

Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish this task with a work order template?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

The only element that will auto-increment is the unique id widget, as per my test on Zapier and JotForm I can see it's possible to map the widget with a field on the app you're integrating to:

    - Zapier:

    - JotForm:

May you please kindly test this on Zapier directly and see if the same result happens for you?

If you're unable to find your unique id widget, please let us know.

Hello, I am trying to get Zapier to connect my JotForm to Monday.  I have successfully connected my Jotform account to Zapier, but when I try to populate the fields in Monday, Zapier is not populating the fields from my submitted JotForm.  See Screengrab:

I just tested using Zapier, JotForm and monday.com, but I still cannot replicate the issue you're experiencing, I can get the fields from the form:

Even on your screenshot I can see the fields, "Promo title", "Resolution" and the rest.

If you're not getting the fields while trying to map them in the monday.com account, try clicking on the "Refresh fields" option on Zapier, it's placed below the drop downs while editing the template.
