My paid account downgraded

    I received a noreply email in response to my question yesterday.   I asked why we had a message about submission limits.  We have a bronze account that wasn't suppossed to expire until today, but it showed that we had a free account.  The email I received said that I need to upgrade, but I already did that before I contacted you.  We really need to fix this account.  Can you please help?  Also, if I could actually get a response that isn't from a no reply email that would be great in case I have additional questions.
