For awhile, my form at http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30104958819964 WAS WORKING, but now it isn't. This link was published to recruit employees for a very deadline drivien marketing program.
But now, when someone clicks the link, they get the error shown in the screen capture. I really need this link to be repaired, so that our prospects can continue using the existing link that is published.
This is urgent because we are supporting a client employing our agency to set up a major program nationwide.
