Urgent - My published form now triggers an error!

Asked by CampusE on February 07, 2013 at 12:14 PM

For awhile, my form at http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30104958819964 WAS WORKING, but now it isn't.  This link was published to recruit employees for a very deadline drivien marketing program.

But now, when someone clicks the link, they get the error shown in the screen capture.  I really need this link to be repaired, so that our prospects can continue using the existing link that is published.

This is urgent because we are supporting a client employing our agency to set up a major program nationwide.

Can someone just call me? 617-2420-9460, x5503

Unfortunately, it is a rare occurance with some forms and it is not related to anything on your end.
The solution is a simple cache clearing, and if you ever run into this issue again, please let us know and we'll be glad to assist you.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience!
