The submit button is not appearing on our live form.

Good afternoon,

I was just going to test my form and when I clicked on "view live form" the submit button was no longer at the bottom of my form so I could not submit a test. 

Please resolve this situation.

Please try adding a section collapse above the submit button so it is not part of the "Prostate Cancer Questionnaire" section collapse.

Is this the only way we are allow to have the submit button on the form.  That seems a little odd that our clients would have to expand the section to just click the submit button.  There has to be a way to make this work without a section collapse.

You can see in my screenshot on the right corner that I set the "Section Visibility" to visible and "Button Visibility" to hidden. It should also show the submit button without them seeing the section collapse or without them clicking any collapse button.
