    Integrations

    Hi.

     

    Your service is fantastic. I've moved all my web forms ( I manage quite a few sites) to jotform.

    My question:

    I am noticing that on some form submissions that when I integrate with a Google spreasheet I get duplicate or triplicate entries and then when I add a constant contact integration I do not get all the submissions. I believe it should be the same. The form I am referring to was done at an event where people signed in so I know they did not sign in several times so I don't know why there are duplicates and why more submissions (regardless of the duplicate entries) did not populate in constant contact.

     

    Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

    Hi there, 

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    We apologize for the inconveniences.  The issue has been reported to our dev team who are working on a solution.  They will update this thread as soon as there are any news on the subject.  

    On the meantime, you can try removing the current integration with Google spreadsheet and integrating again.  Also, you can try our HTML listing report.  it automatically updates as soon as a new submission is made and can be embedded on a form or a page.

    we already released a fix relating multiple spreadsheet submissions issue. It must have solved your problem. I am closing the ticket. Please update this thread if the problem persists.
