I applied the CSS my colleague suggested and there were no changes to any other part of the form:
Here is my test form with the CSS applied and no other changes if you would like to clone it:
If this is not how your form should look, please provide us with a screenshot of the changes after you apply the CSS. As far as I can tell, the CSS only makes the background transparent, nothing else changes.

Unfortunately it doesn't work in my web site, the backgound is already white. What can I do to solve this? Help me please!

It is possible that the white background that you are seeing is for the iFrame (set to white by default). Can you try adding this code to your iFrame script (allowtransparency="true").
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2477px; border:none;" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true"></iframe>
Do let us know how it goes.
