    Matrix PDF Question

Asked by cardiojost on February 07, 2013 at 02:36 PM

I have attached my web page below.  Under "Patients" then under "Medication Form" I have added a matrix format for patients who have a few medications or many medications.  My question is, how do I get this form to PDF without all the blank forms, only show the one that is picked - a., b., c., d, etc.  Currently every field shows up when it is submitted.  I want to PDF this form, but every field shows, even if they are not used/blank or empty?

    Sincerely,

    Scott J

    Hi Scott,

You can hide empty fields via Submissions Settings before getting your Submissions PDF.

Just go to your My Forms page > Select a Form > Click Submissions

On the next page, select the Gear Looking icon (settings), then make sure Auto Hide Empty Fields is selected.

Let us know if this doesn't help out. Thanks!

Is there a way for this to hide empty rows in a matrix?
