How to be able to limit total calculated in form?

I'm asking respondents to prioritize spending by dividing a $100 bill. How do I make sure that the total entered into multiple boxes (see attached) does not exceed $100?

I'm afraid that it is not possible to do that with Input table, you cannot check what is the total between two columns.
