I see that your form is set up to send emails for submissions that were not paid.

The incomplete payment submission usually means that user decided to not to complete the transaction on the PayPal payment page. Please follow the next guide for more information.

Thank you for providing more information. As far as I understand, payments go through, but submissions are received as incomplete payments, correct? Or your customers receive any error upon submitting a payment? If error occurs, could you let us know what does it say?

Basically, as long as your IPN is enabled on your PayPal account settings, that should be enough for the entire process to work.

JotForm receives IPN notification from PayPal if the payment went through successful or not. Unfortunately, I am not sure, but it seems that a business type account is required for the IPN in PayPal to work. Otherwise, all the payments will be treated as incomplete. If you are currently using a personal PayPal account, I would suggest upgrading to business type so you can enable the IPN. You may also contact PayPal support so they could check your account.

In the time that all the necesary information is added to the Jotform a message "Your submission is declined" appears, and an email for pending payment is received.

Do i need to change that? In all forms i can not wrap my head around the fact that two payments of 20US accepted and in the same day a payment of 200 US declined!

I recommend you use the business plan PayPal account on your form. Using the business plan have benefits in 2 folds.

    1. You can enable IPN

    2. There will be no payment limit. Personal PayPal account do have limit. You may check with PayPal about the payment limit you can receive on your PayPal account.
