How do I get the 50% off as a charity

hi, 

I’ve started using your forms for our charity and we would like to upgrade and have seen that we could get 50% off, I’ve tried seeing how to do it on the webpage but unfortunately can’t find what I’m looking for.

Can you please let me know how i can sign up with the discount ?

You will receive instructions about how to take advantage of the discount if the application is approved. 

Make sure you provide your JotForm account information and the document that states your nonprofit status.
