Does a paid account offer a way to send emails to various addresses based upon a dropdown choice field within the form?

In a free acount,  I believe only one email adress can be associated with a form.  Does a paid account offer a way to send emails to various addresses based upon a dropdown choice field within the form?  For example, Field X is a dropdown with choices: "John" or "Mark".  If John is selected, the form results are sent to him when Submit is clicked?

You can only add multiple recipients in a paid account for notification or auto responder. If you want to send different notification, that can already be achieve on Free version.
