Appointment Slot widget triggers an Incomplete Values error message after submission.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I will need to forward this to our back-end team. I tried to clear your forms cache, and also cloned your form, which presented the same issue after unrequiring the appointment slot widget, even removing and adding a new one.

    You will be notified via this thread when the issue gets fixed.

    I was able to edit the other form and after several tries ....that one us
    working. No idea what was going on but I'm just happy it's working now.

    It seems the issue is back again. I've tried both on computer and mobile browser and said error appears. I have re-opened the ticket so our back-end team can check the issue.

    They will notify you here once an update is available.
