My customers are filling out the applications that I set up for them on Jotform, but their payments aren't going through. I followed all the steps to connect Stripe to the form.

How can I get the cards to process?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and it seems you have not integrated it with your Stripe account. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please integrate your payment tool with your Stripe account and that will solve your problem.
