I am trying to login I think we have two accounts I can’t sign out of this one. I am looking for my contacts for the other one

You should be able to sign out from your "msloriahoff" account by clicking on the "Logout" button. Please check the screenshot below:

Alternatively, click on the following URL to logout from your account: https://www.jotform.com/logout.php
