I am receiving the test emails, but not the actual submission notification emails. The notification recipient email is the same email associated with the account. Checked junk folder, nothing found.

The settings are all in place. Could you please delete the existing Notification email and configure a new one.
Also, please whitelist JotForm Ip address and domains at your end.

Whitelisted JotForm, and received all of the emails. Thank you!
