We are sad! Only one submission is allowed. Multiple shipments are closed in this form.
I am seeing that error if ı choose more than 1 product can you help?

I did check your form which you have embedded in your webpage and found that you have selected "Email" field of form as "Unique Question". Please check the screenshot below:
That is the reason what is causing this issue. If another user use the same email address and submit form, submission will not be accepted. Please select "No Check" in "Unique Question" and that will solve your problem.
