required field data is missing in the submission

My form has several options for date/location of event that participant plans to attend.  The field "Select up to 4 Sessions for Savings" is set as required, however the first registration that came through, this field is blank.

What am I missing?  Help, please.

I have checked your form submission and it seems that the required "Select up to 4 Sessions for Savings" field is missing.

I have tried to replicate the issue at my end but to no avail. The form will not submit unless I fill in the required field.

May we know if your form is embedded to a web page?

I have cleared your form cache.Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?
