Prepopulating Fields to Related Jotform "Main Form" with "Main Form" Saving on Unique URL

    Hi there,

    I received some help with my PAFR Entry Form and Parish Annual Financial Report (main form) last year but I've decided that my users need the process simplified a little this year. I'd like to reconfigure my forms to create 93 unique URLs to my main form that will save on each "page/next" submission.

    I tried recreating the URL based on the "session1" and "parishmission" dropdown requirements with the unique URL being generated on the "thank you" page. The only field I need repopulated is the "parishOr" dropdown field on the main form.

    Could you please take a look at my forms and tell me how to correct my URL so it functions as intended? I thought I was familiar with the requirements for this type of pass-through but I'm having difficulty making it work this time.

    Form #2 (Main form):

    Thank you! :)

    Since you want to pass only the parishmission field to the main form, please try changing the link to the following which should be working fine.

    https://form.jotform.com/72353083424149?session={session1}&parishOr={URLENCODE:parishmission}

    Thanks!
