Sorry! Only one entry is allowed

    I modified my form this morning and how when I hit the "Submit" button I receive an error and it won't go.

    Additionally, now the form looks different when published then it does when editing it as the box labels at the bottom are longer on edit (the way it should look) vs. formatted into short columns on the published version.

    Please help!

    Hello Gary, I see that your form is set to limit submissions to 1 from a browser. Please refer to this article for more information: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    You can change this via form settings:
