I'm trying to switch over to the new version of the editor but cannot figure out how to do it. The switch to the new version button is no longer displayed in the view submissions page. Also when i tried to download the pdf of all survey submissions i received a message that the files contain a virus or other malware. My coworker doesn't have this issue.

    Thank you.

You can reach the new PDF editor here:

Thank you for your help. I was able to switch to the new pdf editor and download the files without the virus alert. I see there are two ways how to download the surveys. If I download them using the new PDF editor, the surveys are formatted for publishing. However, in the PDF output I received for the African American surveys there are 48 separate PDFs and one incomplete one. There should be 49 completed surveys.

If I download the surveys from the View Submissions screen, the output is broken down into 5 PDFs however the PDFs need considerable formatting.  Would it be possible to download the surveys combined into one or several PDFs in alphabetical order using the new PDF editor? Also, would it be possible to get PDF outputs without the page numbers?

    Thank you.

You cannot merge all PDFs directly into a file. The file size has a limit. Instead, you can give users name to your PDFs or you can sort submissions.
In the new PDF editor, you can give applicant names to PDFs. Please look at these steps.
    1. Open layout settings.
    15529262480.png2. Define your PDF name.
15529262951.png3. Also, you can remove page numbers with this option.

Sorry, you cannot merge PDFs in this way. But, you can easily do this with the help of other web applications. Please see our article below.
