Can I prevent a form from storing data upon submission?

    For some HR related activities, I would like to create a form that our Team Leads can fill out for members of their team.  However, because of the potential nature of the content, I need to have the email generated and the form reset without storing the content.  

    Is this possible?

    The data is always submitted and saved in our servers. However, it can be automatically deleted with an Auto Delete Submissions app.

    Please also note that we store copies of sent emails in account email history. As a workaround, you can delete the content of the email template, and enable a PDF attachment option. We do not store the copies of emailed submission PDFs.
