How to review all invoices of account?

    Hi there,

    A few weeks ago I downgraded my subscription back to the free version. Up until then I had the brons version but sadly I didn't save my invoices. I was looking back in my emails but unfortunately the links you sent me is no longer valid. 


    Would it be possible for you to provide me with my invoices up until jan 2019?

    You may find all invoices for your account at the Billing page, here is a link for your convenience: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    Hi Victoria,


    Unfortunately I can no longer access my billing page since I downgraded from Bronse to the free version. Would it be able to send them via email?

    Hello Jacklyn,

    When you are on a free plan, billing page is called 'Upgrade', but it still shows all invoices. Please proceed with this link when logged in to your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing 

    I have just checked your account and can see all invoices there. If you encounter any problem, please let us know and we will gladly take a look.
