    My Space between questions is to much, how to make it short.

    I went to prefences and then went in to field,

    Question SpacingDistance between questions.
    5px 10px 5px 10px

    Please note i have changed the values, but i dont know what is. What is 5px and 10px.

    Also to much space between Questions and Free Text. Inform me how to reduce to Free Text Space.

    Form Name: Custom Size

    Please answer easily enabling me  to understand.

    No, that other thread does not answer the question.

    Your manual examples, like this link, only have a single digit in that property.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/62-How-can-I-change-spacing-between-questions

    But my Question Spacing property says

    12px 36px 12px 36px

    That's 4 digits. What do these 4 digits mean? This is not explained in your manual.

    thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for reminding me to submit a ticket on those bits of text. They should not be there. It should just be a single number with no pixels (that's what the px is about). Our developers were probably working on something connected to that tool which caused that peculiarity.

    As to the space between the free text element and the surrounding fields, let me get back to you on that (shortly).

    Actually, it appears that the bug has been fixed. If you still see those four values in the box, log out of your account and clear the browser's cache before logging in again.

    Anyway, I'll get back to you shortly with the CSS solution.

    @earthdaysf

    Please add the following rule to your current injected CSS:

    #id_64 p {
    margin-bottom: -10px;
    margin-left: -3px;
    }

    You might also consider increasing the aforementioned question spacing from 0 to 3. (The fields seem a bit to close to each other to me. But then again, you may like them that way. So, it's just a suggestion.)

    Do let us know if we may be of further assistance.

    Thanks.
