I want to create a HIPAA compliance forms that will need to be completed and automatically emailed to the office to store in the client's record by our office. Can you set up automatic responders that are sent as a pdf form, encrypted and password protected to do this?

Of course, it is possible to send PDF files containing submissions data via email. PDF attachments would be password protected for HIPAA compliant forms. Please take a look through the following guides:
