Attached is a screen shot of a section in a form we use to evaluate basketball officials.

a grade of 3 has been entered into the first 2 columns.

The conditions on the section indicate there must be an entry in every row.

When the save and continue function is used, on accessng the link to continue, the entries in the second column do not appear. This applies in 2 other questions of this type.

If the data is re-entered and the 'save and continue' option is used again, on reopening the form, no entries appear in any columns of these 3 questions.

I think the issue would probably disappear if we set the question condition to require an entry in nervy box, but we don't want to do this if possible. The 3rd column is only used in relatively few situations.

    Can this be resolved ?

    Thanks

Hello Rod, I was testing Save and Continue feature with Input Tables on card form and it seems that there is an issue on our end. Not all answers are saved on my test form too regardless or require settings. I will be reporting this to our developers for fixing.

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Thanks VK

Do you have an idea when the issue will be resolved ? I would like to pass this on to our users who at the moment have been told to avoid the 'save and continue' option.

    Thanks.

Hello Rod, I am very sorry, but I can not promise a time frame on this. I only see that ticket was forwarded to the team in charge with 'Important' mark. While ticket is being worked on, I can suggest to switch to 'Autofill' option of saving answers:

Form should save answers to browser local cache for 24hours. I have just tested and this option works correctly on my end.

As soon as we receive any update on this ticket, we will notify you right away.

    Thank you!

    Hi Again

We have found another issue with input tables on the card form.

When the input table has multiple columns, the values entered don't all appear on the display when the form is reviewed prior to submitting

Eg: The table below has values entered in all cells.

When this is reviewed prior to submitting, not all values appear

It applies to all questions that collect multiple row inputs

This causes concerns with users who think they haven't entered the required data and return to complete it, but see it is already there. Any assistance appreciated.

    Thanks
