Please delete my account

    Trying to turn off marketing emails and it would save. Please delete account and all data associated with it as I do not want to use jotform due to spam emails that can not be unsubscribed from.

    I have gone ahead and unsubscribed your email address from our mailing list. You will no longer receive any mailers from us.

    Please confirm if you still want us to delete your account, we will do the needful.
