    After adding or deleting fields, I have to regenerate a new Email Alerts to have the fields updated. Can this be done automatically in similar fashion as Reports, where I can simply check or uncheck the new fields to the form.

    I have set it up. What is happening is that, whenever I added a new field or delete fields from my Jotform, I have to setup a new email notifications again as the HTML tags are not updating automatically when a new field is added or deleted.

    Is there a way to not keep setting up a new email notifications whenever I have added new fields or deleted fields from my Jotform and shows the HTML tags of the submissions automatically. Hope you get what I meant...

    I was not able to replicate the problem.  You can see in the link below that I was able to maintain the email notification even deleting a field.

    You can however try saving the form before doing a preview. You can also add the email notification after completing the form.

    If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions. Have a good day

    Hi zest,

    I just want to let you know that email alerts won't automatically update once you made some changes with your form like adding fields or removing some fields. It requireds you to update your email alerts/notification manually.

    Just want to confirm I have the same problem.

     

    After editing a form, the e-mail alerts (notification of confirmation) have to be regenerated, because the added fields are not included...
