Verify account email link

I spent hours creating a form, and PayPal was not working. I thought if I changed us to a different email address (that I could check more easily), that would help me be able to click a Verify link faster. I appeared to have changed it fine, but now the verify link takes me to Page Not Found and the whole account seems to have vanished! Please, I need a call from Jot Form to get back the account and not lose all my work.
