Autoresponder email based on selectbox in form

Good morning,

I was wondering if there is a way to send custom autoresponders based on a checkbox selection in the form?

I will have several downloads available and would like to use one form, based on the download selected, the end user would receive a specific email w/ a download link to the file.

Yes, you can use conditional emails to achieve your requirement. First, create an Autoresponder emails for each template then go to Settings > Conditions > Change Email Recipient and set the condition below:

Then you can choose one of the Autoresponder emails based on the user response.
