I'm having the same problem - keeps telling me that my JPG is not allowed as only jpg files are allowed!

Thank you for using Jotform.
Please be informed that file extension is case sensitive. If you are uploading a file which does not belong to the given extension, it would not be accepted. I would suggest adding it in the upload properties.
e.g. .JPG is not the same as jpg
If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions. Have a good day

It's working now, thanks (I have a comma and a space after each extension except the last one)
