I use First Data Integration and received a notification from them today. The part that applies to my form:

Additionally, there are new requirements for payment screens (digital wallets, online checkout, etc.). The last four digits of the account number or token and the card brand logo must be displayed on the payment screen and all screens that show account information.

Will this information be included/updated on the JotForm credit card form?

I do not understand to what exactly is this related to?

The last four digits of the account number or token and the card brand logo must be displayed on the payment screen and all screens that show account information.

Should this be displayed on the form? Please confirm and we will forward this to our developers.

That is correct. Here is the entire content of the letter my client received.

    Important Information

Stored Credentials mandates effective April 2019

Stored Credentials is information, typically a cardholder account number or payment token that is stored to be used to complete future transactions for a cardholder. To help improve authorization approvals on stored credential transactions, Visa®, Mastercard® and Discover® have announced new mandated requirements for identifying stored credential transactions.

If your business stores credentials, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are requiring that you indicate when you are using stored credentials to complete a purchase. You will also need to comply with cardholder disclosure and consent requirements.

Additionally, there are new requirements for payment screens (digital wallets, online checkout, etc.). The last four digits of the account number or token and the card brand logo must be displayed on the payment screen and all screens that show account information.

Please refer to the Stored Credential FAQs for detailed information on these requirements, including information around opt-in and opt-out options as well as non-compliance fees.

Payeezy requires an update to be compliant with Stored Credential mandates and avoid potential non-compliance fines. For details on how to implement these updates please click here.* If you have any questions regarding Payeezy updates, please contact the Payeezy Gateway Technical Support team at 855.448.3493, 24/7.

Where applicable, please ensure this information reaches the appropriate information technology contacts in your organization.

If your business stores credentials or plans to in the future, and is not using Payeezy, please contact your third-party vendor, gateway, or software provider to make any necessary updates to your card processing solution prior to April 2019.

If your business does not store credentials or plan to in the future, no action is required.

It’s a privilege to serve you. On behalf of us all at Bank of America Merchant Services thank you for your business and we look forward to contributing toward your continued success.
